Bill (Executive Director) A lifelong performer and educator with a deep passion for the arts, Lynda brings decades of experience in theater, education, and dance to her leadership roles. From performing on stage to directing musicals and founding educational programs, she has built a career rooted in creativity, organization, and dedication to nurturing talent.

Immersed in theater from a young age, Lynda performed in productions such as Oklahoma, Evita, The Music Man, and West Side Story. During her time with Greenwich Summer Youth Festival and New Canaan Summer Theater, she gained backstage expertise in set building, costume design, and production coordination.

Lynda holds a BA from St. Joseph’s University in Elementary Education, with a minor in Performing Arts. She was on the faculty at St. Patrick’s School in Bedford, where she taught 6th-8th grade, and the Musical Director for the school’s Winter and Spring musicals. 

In 2011, Lynda founded Northern Westchester School of Dance, creating not just a thriving dance school, but a home for dancers to grow, create, and shine. Offering over 60 classes each week, the school is powered by a team of 12 highly skilled and dedicated teachers who are also the visionary choreographers behind every mesmerizing performance. Under Lynda’s guidance, the school has become a leader in the arts, home to a performance-driven Dance Company and to its magical Nutcracker production, celebrated as one of the finest in New York.
